Last Man Standing
A call for fundraising on behalf of the BBQ Rebellion constitutional challenge against covid measures.
It’s December 2023 and Canadian officials still have not acknowledged the egregious harms and Charter rights violations committed against citizens in the name of safety from covid. If anything, the ease with which their lies were accepted by the public have emboldened them.
If politicians and public health officials are never held to account, and the state-sponsored media continues propping them up, then the fear-based deceit used to mold public opinion about covid will cement itself as truth, forming a faulty foundation for our future.
This would lead to even more dire consequences for a country already drowning under the weight of its incompetent – and sometimes malicious – bureaucracy, whose irresponsible leadership and illiberal ideology have subverted many principles of our formerly great democracy.
There have been many attempts by courageous Canadians to pierce the veil of judicial notice, whereby our courts naively accepted public health’s panicked proclamations about covid as truth without evidence, but none have been successful to date, and few challengers remain.
One of those is Adam Skelly, owner of Adamson Barbecue. Readers of this Substack are already very familiar with his story, dubbed the BBQ Rebellion, which I wrote about in Risk It For The Brisket and Stick A Fork In It.
I am bringing his story to the fore once again because Adam currently needs our help. He is among the last challengers to both the covid “science” narrative and constitutionality of the measures who has maintained his standing in court, without being ruled against or otherwise dismissed.
He has a trial date set for October 2024, however, on Monday he was ordered to pay $32,000 in advance costs to the court. If he fails to pay in a timely manner, the court may further delay his trial, or worse, dismiss his challenge entirely.
The comprehensive evidence compiled by six expert witnesses on behalf of the BBQ Rebellion deserves to be aired out in open court. If the case never gets to trial, Canada’s best chance of achieving a ruling the government fades away, along with the evidence, which would never be officially see the light of day, and therefore remain unavailable for reference in other court cases.
To avoid this fate, I am asking you to consider donating to a new fundraiser set up by Chris Weisdorf, co-founder of Concerned Constituents of Canada (CCCan), a not-for-profit that is supporting Adamson’s challenge. The goal is for 5,000 Ontarians, representing 0.04% of the population, to each donate $20.
